About Pan Pacific RV Center - Sacramento
Pan Pacific RV Center sits in Sacramento and carries travel trailers, with parts and service on site. The lot draws shoppers who have been hunting for lighter trailers and stopped in after leaving other dealerships frustrated. One reviewer bought a 2021 Clipper here and said the sales team negotiated and worked with them on trade details. Staff get consistent credit for knowing the inventory. Several reviewers call out specific people, and a few mention feeling no push to buy. One seller said Charles went out of his way to track down a model number and was kind and low-pressure in the process. The service side is less even. One reviewer praised the service department's point person as personable but said follow-up on a trailer purchase slipped, with no courtesy call for months. Another had trouble getting warranty replies on an R-Pod. The store is wheelchair accessible, and reviews mention delivery as part of the deal.
