About Oregon RV Outlet
Oregon RV Outlet is a dealership and repair shop on the Grants Pass stretch of Oregon, carrying new trailers and motorhomes. The lot also runs parts and finance desks, and the store's own write-up stresses low overhead, warranty coverage on what they sell, and getting service customers in even when the schedule is packed. The reviews split along that line. Many of the 151 Google ratings praise the helpful staff, with people describing quick fixes for trailer brakes, water heaters and water tanks, sometimes same-day and sometimes at no charge. Others say the people who sold them the RV didn't walk them through how everything works, and a few single out rudeness from someone in parts. Trevor, the owner, comes up several times as the one who goes over and above. Expect a smaller operation with a 4.2 average, wheelchair access at the entrance and lot, and a shop that seems to know its way around a repair. Weigh the service praise against the sales complaints when you visit.
