About Open Roads RV Center
Open Roads RV Center on the Paducah lot handles sales, service and parts, and the reviews keep circling back to the same thing: the people. Neil and his crew come up often, described as helpful and knowledgeable, and one reviewer said a problem got diagnosed and fixed right the first time. Another passing through town with trailer trouble was allowed to leave it a few days, had it fixed quickly and found the bill affordable. The shop stays stocked with gear for your rig plus camping essentials, and the service department is growing. Reviewers mention being kept in the loop through a repair, given informed options, and having work finished on time. One said they won't push service you don't need. Another bought a first Class A here and came away happy with the pace and the result. Motorhomes are part of what they handle. The building has wheelchair accessible parking, entrance, restroom and seating, and the business is listed as LGBTQ+ friendly. Call ahead for hours.
