About Northern Michigan RV
Northern Michigan RV in Gaylord sells new RVs, with fifth wheels and travel trailers drawing the most attention in reviews. The place has a 4.6-star average across 300 Google reviews, and a lot of people mention the staff being pleasant and easy to deal with. Reviewers often call out specific names, like Brad for a no-pressure sales approach and Andrew in service for squeezing in a rewinterizing job without an appointment. The parts counter gets positive mentions too, and several reviewers note the family-owned feel. One recent buyer said the owner even called to say thanks. Not every review is a rave, though. One camper complained about a window tint claim that did not hold up. Still, most folks describe an easy purchase and a thorough walkthrough. If you are shopping for a new camper and want a lot with fifth wheels and a service bay on site, this is worth a stop.

What renters mention
“Wow! They understand “customer service”. Had to return to Michigan earlier than expected from Florida. Camper required rewinterizing because temps were still too cold and freezing water lines was still a potential.” – Chris B., 6 months ago, on Google
“This place is amazing! They were so wonderful to work with from start to finish. Excellent response time, highly knowledgeable staff in sales and service departments.” – Heather C., a year ago, on Google
“Amazing service from Dominic and Eli in the purchase of our brand new camper! The process was smooth and efficient as well as worth the 2 hour drive from Bay City.” – Natasha V., 5 months ago, on Google
