About Mike Thompson's RV Super Store
Mike Thompson's RV Super Store sits in Fountain Valley, one of four Southern California locations for a family owned company that dates to 1972. It sells and services RVs and travel trailers, and the store also handles financing and parts. Sales staff get credit in reviews for product knowledge and for not pushing the hard sell. Selection shows up often in customer feedback, especially fifth wheels and travel trailers. Reviewers also mention getting useful information and a straightforward financing experience. The dealership's own numbers put its customer satisfaction index at 96%. The rating sits at 3.7 from 202 reviews, and the complaints tend to land on service and warranty. One buyer struggled for over a week to cancel an extended warranty and get a pro-rated refund. Another said repairs dragged on with no update. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you go.
