About Michael's RV Center
Michael's RV Center sits in Columbia, Mississippi, and sells new and used RVs, motorhomes included. The shop also takes campers on consignment, so the lot turns over. Reviewers mention the staff knows their stuff, and one customer said they found what they needed and had the rest ordered. Service is the other half of the business. After 24 years, the owner says there is little on a camper they have not repaired: water damage, air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, leveling. They work with most manufacturer warranties, extended warranties and insurance claims. One thing to know up front: they do not work on motorhome chassis. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 65 ratings, and the friendly phone calls come up. One camper owner living in their rig called about an AC control stuck on Celsius and got talked through it. Another said other dealerships turned them away and Michael's told them to bring it on. The owner admits they are not perfect and do not make every customer happy, but says they try.
