About McClain's RV Rockwall
McClain's RV Rockwall sits on the east side of the Dallas area, and with over 1,400 Google reviews it's a busy spot. The lot carries new and used motorhomes and travel trailers. Financing is handled in-house, and they offer delivery if you'd rather not tow it home yourself. Sales staff get consistent praise for being informative and low pressure. One shopper said their salesman never made them feel rushed and sent links and photos while they thought it over. Others mention the finance department and an easy process from start to finish. Parts department also comes up in reviews. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about promised repairs that were still undone after three months and had harsh words for the service department. So the sales side and the service side seem to tell different stories. Worth knowing before you commit to anything beyond the walkaround.
