About Kunes RV of Madison
Kunes RV of Madison sits in Fitchburg, Wisconsin, and sells new travel trailers, including Jayco models. It also runs a repair shop for campers and trailers. The store offers financing, trade-ins, and delivery. Reviewers often mention the sales experience. One called their salesman knowledgeable and patient, and another said Buck was down to earth and not pushy at all. Several people mention Jayco by name, and a few note the brand and floorplan selection. The service side gets credit too. One reviewer said the shop fixed a major electrical failure and got them back on the road, and another praised the service manager for stepping in when a different dealer couldn't solve a heating and cooling problem. Not every review is positive. One customer felt the salesperson was high pressure and was unhappy with the financing conversation. With 152 Google reviews averaging 4.4 stars, most people seem to leave satisfied.
