Keystone RV Customer Service

About Keystone RV Customer Service

This is the customer service arm for Keystone RV Group in Goshen, handling dealer and owner support for Keystone, Crossroads and Dutchmen. It's a service and manufacturer office, not a sales lot. Have your VIN ready if you're an owner calling in. The reviews are rough. With 108 ratings and a 2.1 average, plenty of owners describe problems that showed up right after purchase: trim and cabinet handles coming loose, screws splitting wood, mislabeled tanks, awnings and slides that needed work. Extended warranty comes up most often, and reviewers tend to say it covered less than they expected. A few mention long waits at repair facilities before their unit was even looked at. Some reviews do note helpful customer care and communication, so the experience isn't uniform. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. If you're shopping new units, the brand-specific warranty and repair stories here are worth reading before you visit a dealer.
