About Ketelsen RV
Ketelsen RV has been selling campers in eastern Iowa since Johnny and Marge Ketelsen opened the doors in 1962. The lot in Hiawatha carries new and used units, and there is a parts counter and repair shop on site. Reviewers often bring up the trailer selection, and several mention the fifth wheels in particular. Sales staff get credit for knowing the units and being upfront about flaws and options. A few people describe being greeted at the door and helped with kids while they looked. Others point to fair deals and parts that were actually in stock. The service side draws mixed feedback. Warranty work and a fridge repair come up, and not everyone was satisfied with how those went. Financing and delivery are available. It is worth asking how the shop handles follow-up before you commit.
