About Ketelsen RV Elk Run Heights
Ketelsen RV runs a lot in Elk Run Heights, one of three Iowa locations that also include Hiawatha and De Soto. The inventory covers new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers and livestock trailers, with brands like Grand Design, KZ RV, Springdale, Braxton Creek and Hart Livestock on the ground. Financing is available on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Multiple reviews name staff in sales, service and finance as kind and eager to help, and a few point out that nobody pushed them toward a bigger unit or a new one when a used camper fit better. One buyer described a long walkthrough at pickup where the crew went over the trailer and fixed issues without rushing. Not every review is glowing. One owner reported repeat problems after a new camper purchase and felt the repairs dragged. It sits at 4.6 stars across 143 Google reviews, and the building has wheelchair accessible parking and an entrance.
