About Kent Mitchell RV Sales LLC
Kent Mitchell RV Sales sits in Hammond, Louisiana, and sells new RVs. It's a family-run kind of place where the sales staff get called friendly and the service desk earns shout-outs from people passing through on Interstate 10. Reviews are mixed. Some folks praise a helpful technician named Ben and a service writer named Cathy who kept them updated on parts and warranty work. One customer said a hurricane-damaged camper was fixed faster than expected, with the crew handling the insurance. Others had the opposite experience: months without a call, and one said a repair made things worse. The shop does service and parts, and the lot is wheelchair accessible. If you're shopping new, it's worth a look. For repair work, read the reviews closely and ask questions up front.
