About Jim's Trailer Sales
Jim's Trailer Sales has been family owned and operated for over sixty years, serving Northeast Ohio from Grafton. They sell new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes, with brands like Jayco, Coachmen, Forest River, and Thor. The lot also has a full-service repair shop and a parts and accessories store. Reviewers often mention the low-pressure sales process. Many say the staff is friendly and informative, and several praise the detailed walk-through at pickup. One reviewer gave them six stars. The dealership has a 4.7 rating from 277 Google reviews, and Jayco named them #1 for customer service in North America. Not every visit goes smoothly. One reviewer described a rude encounter with a staff member who didn't seem to take them seriously. Most reviews, though, highlight helpful salespeople and a stress-free financing experience. They are women-owned and wheelchair accessible.

What renters mention
“My wife and I are new to RVs/campers and we were very intimidated to buy our first one. We did more research than one could possibly imagine, however we still were very skeptical of buying from a dealership.” – Derek H., a year ago, on Google
“My wife and I just purchased our first camper and I would highly recommend JTS RV! We had zero experience with owning a travel trailer and everyone we encountered was great to deal with. Our salesman, Mark was very helpful.” – Ben S., 4 months ago, on Google
“Friends enthusiastically sent us to Jim's. This is our 4th travel trailer purchase over the years, and our first from Jim's. I'm 73 and we've family camped for decades, so on the dealer side of the equation, I've seen it all.” – Richard T., 5 months ago, on Google
