About Jayco Carolinas
Jayco Carolinas on Highway 74 in Monroe sells new and used Jayco campers, plus parts, service, and financing. They also handle golf carts and trailer sales. Sales reviews often mention a low-pressure process. One buyer said the owner Richard was easy to talk to and gave them space to decide. Another praised the pricing and straightforward buying experience. But service reviews tell a different story. Some customers say warranty work dragged on for weeks, with blame passed to Jayco. Others reported problems like a leaking toilet right after purchase. The shop does air conditioning, brakes, electrical, and diagnostics. With a 3.8-star rating from 33 reviews, it's worth reading the recent ones before you go.
