About Ice Castle USA
Ice Castle USA is an RV dealer on the north side of Forest Lake, Minnesota. The lot is known for ice castle fish houses, and reviewers tend to show up already knowing what they came for. A 4.6-star average across 31 Google reviews suggests most people leave satisfied. The good reviews focus on the people. Shoppers describe staff who answer questions without rushing and a salesman named Ross getting one family into a fish house in what they called the easiest transaction of their life. Others mention the crew explaining how everything works. The building has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. Not every review is glowing. A few warn that problems after purchase go through a separate shop, with communication that one buyer called unclear. One customer described a custom trailer delivered with the wrong flooring and extras that never arrived. Go in with questions about who handles service and what the timeline is.
