About Homeaway Camping, LLC
Homeaway Camping is a mobile RV repair and service outfit based in Houston, covering Brookshire, Katy, Cypress, Sealy, Waller and the surrounding counties. The techs come to you, whether that's your house, an RV park or a storage lot, so there's no towing and no sitting in a dealership queue. They handle travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes, with work that ranges from AC repair and roof resealing to plumbing, electrical, appliances, generators and slide-outs. Pre-purchase inspections are on the list too, along with routine maintenance. The shop says its techs hold NRVTA, RVTI and RVTAA certifications. The reviews are few but strong: a perfect 5.0 across three Google ratings, and two of them touch on pricing. One customer mentions a bad converter fixed on a 2023 Dutchmen Atlas and calls the work excellent for a good price. Another had a roof and awning replaced plus plumbing and electrical fixes, and praises Philip Williams by name for being knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Call ahead to set up a visit.
