About Haugen RV Group
Haugen RV Group is an RV dealer in Layton, Utah, selling new and used units, travel trailers among them. Financing and service are both part of what the lot handles. The reviews are rough. The 10 ratings average 1.5 stars, and most of the complaints come down to communication. Reviewers describe leaving voicemail after voicemail and rarely hearing back. Several mention trouble with titles, service work, and follow-up after a sale, including from people who bought at other locations tied to the group. One described an incorrectly installed brake controller. Some buyers say the purchase itself went fine and problems started later. If you visit, it may be worth asking up front how service requests and paperwork get handled after you drive off.
