About Greenlawn RV
Greenlawn RV in Chillicothe sells new and pre-owned travel trailers, fifth wheels, and toy haulers. The lot also runs financing, service, and parts departments, so you can handle the paperwork and the walkthrough in one stop. Reviewers often mention specific staff by name. Julie in sales gets credit for remembering past customers and even meeting a buyer at work to finish paperwork. On the service side, a Canadian couple with brake trouble were helped by Miranda and a tech named Jonny. Not every review is glowing. One buyer said the people were nice but the follow-through was sloppy: a camper described as pre-wired for a backup camera turned out to have a loose wire, and someone else's private information arrived by email. Others praise the Lockbourne site, where Danielle and Toby walked them through the purchase and the camper's features. The store is wheelchair accessible, and the rating sits at 4.5 from 39 Google reviews. It's a place where the staff seem to be the story, for better and worse.
