About General RV Center
General RV Center sits off Route 131 in Wayland, and it's a large lot with new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and pop-up campers. The parts store carries accessories, and there's a service department for warranty work and winterization. Reviewers often mention the no-pressure sales approach. One couple came in set on not buying and left with a travel trailer after the team showed them multiple options within their budget. Others note that some salespeople can be pushy, though several shout out specific employees for being patient and honest. Scheduling service gets mixed feedback, but the service lane foreman is praised for being responsive and knowledgeable. With over 1,200 Google reviews and a 4.3 rating, it's a busy place with a wide selection. Financing and delivery are available.
