About Epic RV
Epic RV is a family-owned dealership in Madera that's been serving the Central Valley since 1971. They sell used RVs and travel trailers, and they take trades. The owner gives every customer his personal cell number for 24-hour technical support. Reviewers often mention the no-pressure sales approach. Several shout out specific salespeople like Darren, Frank, and Kiko for being easy to work with and answering questions. One buyer appreciated the honest advice on a toy hauler, and another noted a smooth process ordering a park model shipped to Hawaii. With a 4.1 rating from 167 reviews, most feedback is positive. Some reviewers mention negotiating on price and fees, so it's worth asking about those details upfront. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
