About Dometic Corp
This Grand Prairie location is a parts and distribution stop for RV owners, with motorhome parts showing up in reviews. The parking lot and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and delivery drivers pull around to the south side for receiving. Reviews split on how fast things move. Several drivers say unloading was quick, under an hour for some, and a few mention the lot is quiet enough to sleep in overnight. Others tell a different story: one appointment ran five hours, and a driver said cardboard and plastic got left in the trailer. Phone wait times draw complaints too, with some callers waiting a half hour or more. Parts buyers should read the warranty complaints carefully before committing. A few reviewers describe trouble getting coverage honored on items bought for their motorhome.
