About Diederich's Rv Mart LLC

Diederich's Rv Mart LLC sits in West Coxsackie, New York, and has been family owned for years, according to reviewers. The staff gets called helpful over and over in the 155 Google reviews, which average 4.6 stars. People mention kind and honest service, and one reviewer said the team guided them through every stage of ownership since 2010. The shop handles financing, service, and parts. Reviewers talk about routine maintenance and quick fixes, and one camper owner praised the team for cleaning out a hot water heater that was acting up. Another driver broke down hours from home, got turned away by a bigger place down the street, and had Diederich's fix the issue within an hour. Someone else had Rob transport an Airstream nearly 90 miles to Lake George. Not every visit goes smoothly. One reviewer said their bus sat for two weeks with nothing done from the list, and the fridge wasn't plugged in, so food spoiled. Another called the shop a parts replacer and was unhappy with the bill. Most reviews are positive, but those two are worth reading if you're booking service.
