About Cruise America RV Rental and Sales
Cruise America runs a rental and sales lot in Carson, part of an employee-owned company that has been renting RVs since 1972. Travel trailers are on the rental menu, and delivery is mentioned as an option. The 4.0 rating comes from 882 reviews, and the pickup process draws the most comments. Some renters describe easy check-in and friendly, patient staff, and one mentions a staffer by name as the reason they booked here. Others say appointment times slip while returned units get cleaned, and a few mention waits of an hour or more. The fleet is what you would expect from a rental outfit. Reviewers note trailers that were clean and working, with tanks big enough for a week off grid. One warned that doors can come loose on the road. If you want a newer model, one reviewer said you would need a longer rental.
