About Crabtree RV Center - Sales
Crabtree RV Center sits in Alma, Arkansas, and sells new and used RVs with a focus on travel trailers and Grand Design units. Reviewers bring those two up a lot. The lot gets a 4.3 from 337 Google reviews, and the staff comes off as courteous and helpful. People say salespeople answer questions and walk through the pros and cons of each unit, and more than one buyer said the process felt easy. The store handles financing, service, parts and delivery. Reviewers single out the parts department and the service crew's willingness to answer questions after the sale, including a mobile service visit one buyer described as pleasant and respectful. Access is easy, and the building is wheelchair accessible. Not every review is glowing. One buyer warned about fees worked into the loan terms and said to be careful on the finance side. Another complained about a slow service response. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you go.
