About Cowtown Cottages
Cowtown Cottages is a tiny home and park model dealer in Waxahachie, south of Dallas. The lot is small and walkable, with a handful of models set up so you can step inside instead of just scrolling photos. Reviewers mention seeing about six park models in person on their visit. Owners Kelley and Warren get named a lot in reviews. People describe them as friendly and not pushy, and say they answer questions from the first visit through design choices like interior finishes. Several reviewers note the couple lives in a tiny home themselves and shares advice from that experience. Delivery is mentioned as an option. Wheelchair accessible parking is available. The shop has posted hours, so check them before driving out. Most reviewers came away happy with the finished home, and a few say they still text or call with questions after the sale.
