About Country Roads RV Sales & Service LLC
Country Roads RV Sales & Service sits in Cottondale, Alabama, and handles sales, service, parts, and warranty repairs for motorhomes and campers. It runs as a small-town shop, and a lot of the 84 Google reviews land on the same note: the staff are friendly and willing to answer questions. Reviewers who stop in for parts mention quick turnaround, one saying a part never took more than a day to get. Others describe walking in knowing nothing about campers and leaving with someone explaining the job well enough to do it themselves. The owner comes up as direct and honest, though a couple of reviews say his manner is more blunt than chatty. The shop also shows up in reviews for handling warranty work and insurance interactions, and some customers note updates on backordered parts. It is not all praise. One reviewer reported paying over a thousand dollars out of pocket past warranty coverage and found a slide-out and sink pipe not fixed right. With 4.2 stars, the record is mostly good rather than spotless.

What renters mention
“As a traveler, it is hard to find reliable, honest, resourceful, informative, and excellent customer service when needing one's RV repaired.” – ricecat r., 2 years ago, on Google
“I have used this dealer and repair shop on several occasions. I have always felt I was treated fairly. My questions and concerns were always answered. With the Covid supply shortage my repair materials were put on backorder.” – Wes W., 3 years ago, on Google
“Great small town business. I read others saying negative things about the owner. If you need your RV repair rep to have a bubbly personality and want to chit chat all day, you probably need to go somewhere else.” – Braden S., a year ago, on Google
