About Convenience RV
Convenience RV on the Willis side covers a lot of ground: sales, rentals, service, parts, storage and mobile service for motorhomes and travel trailers. Financing and pay-later options are part of the deal too. There's also a restaurant onsite, the Fish Pond, if you want a meal while you're there. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One travel trailer owner has stored with them for over four years and likes that a phone call gets the trailer pulled, worked on and put back. Others praise a staffer named Katelyn for matching them to the right rental and handing over travel tips. Timely repairs and warranty work come up often, and one motorhome owner had a braking system installed and hydraulics fixed after a dealer missed it three times. The 4.5 rating across 231 reviews is not spotless, though. A reviewer who needed brakes, a fridge and generator work says weeks passed with nothing fixed and a large quote led to a dispute over the bill. Service bays handle AC, electrical, body and trim, roofs, plumbing, slide-outs, appliances and towing setups. The parts counter gets mentioned. Call ahead before you drive out.
