About Chesaco RV - Stuart
Chesaco RV in Stuart sells new and used RVs, including motorhomes and travel trailers. The dealership also does service work and takes consignments. It's a family-owned operation with roots going back over 75 years, now with a location on Florida's East Coast. Reviews are mixed. Many people call out specific staff by name for being helpful and keeping them updated. One reviewer praised Alex for making the purchase process less stressful. Another thanked Samuel for getting body work done without being asked for updates. On the sales side, several reviewers mention no-pressure experiences and honest salespeople. The service department gets similar praise, with one customer saying Annette and her team fixed their fridge and jack quickly under warranty. The complaints are mostly about warranty work taking a long time. One reviewer said their new RV sat for over three months for warranty repairs and still wasn't right when delivered. Another praised the service manager for working around their schedule on pickup day. If you're shopping, it's worth asking how the service queue looks before you commit.
