About Carson City RV
Carson City RV sells new and used RVs, including travel trailers, and runs a service and parts shop on site. Reviewers often mention the finance department and an easy process. The sales team gets consistent praise for being low pressure. One shopper said a salesperson chose safety over a bigger sale, and another noted staff answered every question. Not every review is positive. One buyer reported water damage from a slide-out leak that started a week after purchase, and another said extra products were added to the final paperwork without clear explanation. A parts customer said staff were polite but didn't have the part. The store is wheelchair accessible and offers financing, service, parts and delivery. Hours are posted. It's a straightforward lot with a mix of new and used inventory and a service counter that regulars seem to trust.
