About Carolina Camper Works, LLC
Carolina Camper Works is an RV dealership and service center on the Knightdale side of the Raleigh area. They sell new travel trailers and handle parts and accessories. If you are just starting to look, the sales staff, especially Teresa, get mentioned again and again for being patient and answering questions without pushing you toward something bigger than you need. Reviewers talk about buying everything from a 33-foot Braxton Creek to a Sunset Trails 253RB, and the handoff sounds thorough. One first-timer said the team did not rush them and walked through how everything worked. Others note the no-upselling approach, with staff sticking to what a truck can actually tow and what fits the budget. The waiting room and lot are wheelchair accessible. The repair side of the shop gets at least one sharp complaint about a leveler problem and a pre-authorized bill, so service experiences are mixed. The sales and parts side has a warmer reputation, with people describing it as family-like. Hours are listed, so call before you swing by. Knightdale is a short drive east of Raleigh.
