About Carlton Camping Center
Carlton Camping Center sits in Chesaning and has been family owned for over 58 years, according to the dealership. It's a full lot: new and used camper sales, a service department, parts, propane, storage, and rentals all in one place. Reviewers keep coming back to the sales side. Several mention getting a strong price on a travel trailer and finding no hidden fees or dealer prep charges added at signing. Multiple buyers describe a family feel and say they never felt pushed to upgrade. Others praise quick callbacks, a full walk-through at pickup, and techs who know their way around a rig. One reviewer brought in a fifth wheel another dealer couldn't fix and said Carlton's service team sorted everything plus a few extra items at fair prices. Another notes Justin and tech Lee handled warranty cosmetic claims without friction. People who bought small campers and repeat camper buyers both say they'd return.

“We have had a great experience at Carlton. We purchased a 2 yr old 5th wheel from camping world. That was a mistake. They couldn't fix anything correctly.” – Diane W., 2 years ago, on Google
