About Camping World - New Braunfels
Camping World on the New Braunfels side of things is a big lot with new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, plus a parts counter and a service bay in the back. You can finance, trade in, or put your rig on consignment if you're trying to move it. They also do delivery and hitch installation. Reviews run both ways across more than 2,600 Google ratings, averaging 4.0. People single out the courteous staff often, and several mention state inspection work. The parts department comes up too, though one reviewer learned that RV parts often means replacing a whole assembly rather than one small piece. Repair timing draws complaints. One owner describes a routine diagnostic visit on a Class C that turned into a bigger problem, and another says a bearing service was missed before a long drive home. Sales experiences vary as well: one couple felt heard by their agent after a bad stop elsewhere, while someone else left discouraged about financing. Worth reading the recent reviews before you go.
