About Campers Inn RV of Troy
Campers Inn RV of Troy sits on the lot in Troy, Ohio, selling new and pre-owned RVs along with parts, accessories and repairs. You can walk the inventory for travel trailers and campers, and the finance side gets mentioned as easy to understand. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Courteous is the word that shows up most, and several shoppers name their salesperson and describe being walked through the whole process without pressure. One family came in nervous and left with their first camper. There's also a hot dog, coffee and popcorn setup that people tend to mention. Service gets its share of credit too. A parts manager worked back and forth by email to sort out an electrical connection. When a trailer needed a minor fix, a staff member drove over with a floor jack on a Sunday morning to help get it hitched. Some reviews note a wait, and one mentions a communication hiccup that was made right the next day. Rating is 4.3 across 647 reviews.
