About Blue Compass RV Columbia Northeast (Formerly Browns RV Superstore)
Blue Compass RV Columbia Northeast sits in McBee and has been selling to South Carolina RVers since 1986, back when it was Brown's RV Superstore. The lot covers new and used motorhomes and travel trailers, and there is financing, service and delivery to go with the sales floor. It also shows up as a boat dealer and RV supply store, so you can pick up parts while you're there. The 4.3 rating comes from more than 1,100 Google reviews, and a good share of them mention warranty work. Reviewers single out Quincy and Joe by name for low-pressure sales and for taking time with questions, and one wheelchair user noted Joe helped them get into the units they wanted to see. Staff courtesy comes up often too. The complaints are worth reading before you go. Some buyers describe slow follow-up after a purchase and problems with a unit that wasn't secured right before transport. Others felt pushed toward financing. The service bay is a big part of the business, so ask about scheduling when you call.
