About Blue Compass RV Auburn Hills
Blue Compass RV sits in Auburn Hills and sells new and used RVs, motorhomes, travel trailers and fifth wheels. The lot serves Pontiac, Rochester Hills, Troy and Detroit drivers, and the store also handles financing, service, parts and delivery. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: financing and the lack of pressure. Many say the sales staff answered questions without pushing a sale, and a few mention a smooth trade-in and no surprise fees. First-time buyers note the walkthrough from the orientation specialist, who gave tips beyond the basics. A seven-time buyer called it their best purchase yet. Not every review is warm. One buyer reported problems found at delivery, including a damaged AC cage, and said staff brushed off the concerns. Others mention warranty work and roof repair, with mixed results. Service bays handle air conditioning, brakes, electrical and awning repairs, and the building is wheelchair accessible.
