About Billings RV, Inc.
Billings RV, Inc. has been on the scene since 1989, starting out in repairs and growing into a full lot with sales, service, parts, storage and customization under one roof. The place runs out of a 10,000 sq. ft. facility. Inventory leans toward truck campers, motorhomes and fifth wheels, with brands like Palomino, Coachmen, Lance, Aliner, Soaring Eagle and Forest River on the lot. Reviews are mixed, and the split is worth knowing before you go. Plenty of people call the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and one regular supply-store customer said nobody pushed an upsell. Others tell a rougher story: a trailer that turned out different from the one they viewed, a fridge warranty repair they say went nowhere, a wrong part and a refund that never came, and water leaks still leaking after a month in the shop. Management and follow-through come up often in the complaints. It is a practical stop for parts or a look at towables and motorhomes. Read the recent reviews and get any repair agreement in writing.
