About Bill Thomas Camper Sales
Bill Thomas Camper Sales sits in Wentzville and carries new travel trailers, with brands like Open Range and the Airstream lines on the lot. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the sales staff don't push, and the walkthrough before you drive off is patient and detailed. Several buyers mention shopping from out of state and having a salesman keep them posted on inventory. Others talk about the techs walking them through every system on the camper, and at least one got a test drive with their own truck plus a check of the hitch setup. The parts department gets its own share of praise, including one customer who was helped late on a Saturday. Financing, service, parts and delivery are all handled here. Not every visit ends in a five-star story. One reviewer left frustrated over a refrigerator diagnosis and what they were quoted for a thermostat. The overall rating stays high, so most people walk away happy.
