About Big Star RVs LLC
Big Star RVs sits in Houston and works on both sides of the RV business: repairs and sales. They handle roof leaks, water damage, mechanical fixes, detailing, remodeling, consignment and trade-ins. The used inventory is what they mention for sales, so if you're shopping, that's the lane. Reviewers keep coming back to the same points. One called them incredibly honest about what needed to be done, with no upselling. Another bought a small RV for a granddaughter and said they were straight forward about the unit's condition before the trip to see it. Paul gets named more than once for being patient and fair. With only four reviews, the 5.0 rating is a small sample, but the theme is consistent. If you're deciding which lot to visit, this is a shop-first dealership. The repair side is what people write about, and the sales side runs through used units and trades.
