About Big Adventure RV
Big Adventure RV sits in Hermitage, Missouri, and sells new and used fifth wheels, travel trailers, toy haulers and destination RVs. The lot calls itself Missouri's top Keystone dealer. Google reviewers give it 4.6 stars across 78 reviews, and the sales side earns a lot of the praise. One shopper drove in from Phoenix and had their rig hooked up in under an hour. What comes up again and again is the service department. People write that Chris gets them in right away and sorts out problems without a fight, and several mention being treated with honesty. A walk-through gets its own credit: Doug took his time demonstrating everything on the rig. Salesman Matt gets named for a low-key, laid-back sale. The building matters too. One buyer took delivery inside and liked being able to see and test the RV out of the weather. Reviewers also mention staff answering questions and going over features before the keys change hands. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and delivery and service are part of the picture.
