About BD Conversion Company
BD Conversion Company builds and upgrades camper vans in Virginia Beach. It's a conversion shop more than a traditional RV lot, and riders who bought a bare Sprinter or Transit and had no clue where to start say Dylan walked them through it. Part of the business is selling finished conversion vans, so you can see what leaves the shop before deciding on a build. Electrical is the thread through most reviews. People mention redoing 12V systems, solar installs, dual alternators, and rewiring breakers to reach them without pulling a seat. One reviewer had a Fiamma awning with a motor installed alongside interior electrical work. Another had battery banks and charging stations set up in a box truck. Reviewers describe the team as transparent, easy to work with, and not pushy about upselling. Several say Dylan suggested alternatives that fit their budget instead of pushing a full build. Fair pricing and craftsmanship come up too, and the shop handles service and parts.
