About AMS Wholesale
AMS Wholesale is a small lot in Placerville that sells RVs, trailers and 5th wheels at wholesale prices to the public. If you want to look on a weekend, call ahead to check availability. Reviews are mixed, and the split is worth knowing before you drive out. The happy ones keep mentioning Scott by name, calling him honest and easy to work with, and one buyer said the coach was nicer than advertised after a 200 plus mile drive. Others say they were helped after the sale, and one had a previous RV sold on consignment. Several reviewers point out that rigs go out as is, so any problem after you leave is yours. A few report repairs promised but not done, and they suggest hiring a third party inspector before you buy. That advice seems to fit here. Walk the unit carefully, test everything yourself, and bring your own inspector.

What buyers mention
“Bought a Monaco RV from Scott- I’m in my 60’s and have bought and sold many cars, boats etc over the years.” – Grouchy d., a year ago, on Google
“Two months after buying our rv, I want to recognize this small business. It's easy to sell an rv, but hard to keep return clients. It takes integrity!” – Marisa D., 3 months ago, on Google
“AMS’s team is amazing! Bought a travel trailer from them, ran into a couple issues with the trailer. Scott went above and beyond to check, inspect and repair the issues very quickly. Highly recommend!” – Jason M., 2 years ago, on Google
