About Alpin Haus RV of Oak Ridge - Parts & Service
Alpin Haus runs an RV dealership and service center on the Oak Ridge stretch, handling new motorhomes, trailers, parts, trade-ins and delivery. The parent company says it's one of the country's larger RV dealers, though this lot is the local parts and service end of things. Reviewers tend to talk about the people first. Staff come up as kind and patient, and several mention a no-pressure sales experience and a walkthrough at delivery that didn't feel rushed. The service desk draws mixed notes: appointment scheduling and warranty work get mentioned, and one customer praised a flat tow setup done exactly as asked. Others describe repairs that came back incomplete, so the work itself gets uneven marks. It's a wheelchair accessible building with parking. If you're shopping new or used, the sales side reads better than the shop side in the reviews.
