About Airstream of Chicago
Airstream of Chicago sits in Naperville and sells new and used RVs, including travel trailers. It's an affiliate of Campers Inn RV, and the lot also has a parts and accessories store and a service center with certified technicians. Trade and delivery are mentioned too. Reviewers bring up the staff often, and many call them knowledgeable. One shopper recalled being greeted at the entrance and helped with a travel trailer search. Another passing through got squeezed in for service on short notice, with parts in stock and warranty calls handled. The flip side shows up in service complaints. Some owners say repairs dragged on for months with little change in updates. Others describe trouble reaching anyone, with calls and voicemails going unanswered. If you're shopping, it's worth asking how the service side will work for you after the sale.
