About Adventure Van
Adventure Van in Grand Junction converts Mercedes Sprinter Vans, and the shop's own line is about building the ultimate adventure van. It's a small operation. Six Google reviews, all five stars. What reviewers keep mentioning is the people. John and Dawn come up by name, described as professional and personable, and one reviewer said John fit them in while they were driving through. Others talk about troubleshooting on the spot: a Webasto heater with hiccups fixed in about an hour, an electrical issue diagnosed and repaired, a sheared water intake valve handled after closing time at what one caller called a fair price. Knowledge of vans and van life comes up again and again, including travel tips shared during a visit. Work was reported done on schedule and on budget. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted, so check before you drive over.
